At UpStream, we’re proud to ship our apparel worldwide. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we handle shipping.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships.

Note: During sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping & Delivery Estimates

We partner with trusted North American suppliers through our fulfillment network to ensure reliable delivery.

  • United States: 5–8 business days after processing

  • Canada: 7–10 business days after processing

  • International Orders: 10–20 business days (may vary due to customs clearance and carrier delays)

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Weather, customs, or postal delays may affect transit times.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on order weight, destination, and supplier shipping zones.
We do not charge handling fees or mark up supplier shipping costs.

Tip: Orders fulfilled by U.S. and Canadian suppliers generally enjoy lower shipping fees and faster delivery.

Tracking Your Order

All orders include tracking information provided via email once your package is dispatched.
UpStream Clothing is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking confirms delivery at the provided address.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders may only be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase, as most of our supplier orders are automatically processed within 1 business day.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and local delivery fees imposed by their country.
We do not have control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.
