4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship worldwide. Shipping costs, including return or exchange shipping, are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Delivery times vary by destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or circumstances outside our control.

  • We do not offer full refunds. Exchanges only.

  • Customers may request an exchange for another size or product of equal value within 14 business days of delivery.

  • To qualify, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
